Supporting Educational Establishments with What Truly Works

We prioritise leveraging our school leadership experience to offer scalable solutions that address persistent challenges such as high suspension rates, persistent absenteeism, disengagement, and behaviour linked to trauma or unmet needs. Our ultimate goal is for our initiatives to deliver long-term sustainability that supports the academic and personal development of pupils.

PGS-Educators Primary Intervention Programme
01

Empowering pupils to re-engage, achieve, and thrive in education and beyond.

This bespoke early intervention initiative offers personalised, trauma-based support to Key Stage 2 pupils, laying a strong foundation for academic and personal success. The programme is designed to ensure a successful transition from primary to secondary school, with materials and delivery tailored for age-appropriate relevance and impact.

Delivered over 6–12 weeks by specialist practitioners, the programme provides holistic support for pupils with diverse needs, including those with SEND and/or SEMH needs. It addresses key challenges that primary schools may face, surrounding attendance, engagement, fostering positive learning behaviours, online safety, harmful gender attitudes, and readiness to learn, through modules including:

  • Attendance and Success
  • Self-Awareness
  • Social-Emotional Literacy
  • Sensory Regulation (SEND-specific module)

At the forefront of facilitation is enabling pupils to express themselves through engaging, creative, and interactive tasks that build confidence, emotional stability, and positive peer interactions, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in secondary school.
