Through a personalised approach, our practitioners are able to address the traumatic issues pupils face in their everyday lives, which often hinder key focus areas such as engagement, well-being, attendance and\u00a0 behaviour, to unlock a pupil’s potential for academic progress.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our mission has enabled us to build a broad outreach, supporting a wide range of pupils, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. We form authentic partnerships and, despite the closure of behaviour hubs, continue to play a vital role in helping schools establish inclusive, exemplary behaviour practices. Richard is a seasoned school leader and educator with experience across the UK. He\u2019s driven by a firm belief in education\u2019s power to transform lives and is committed to helping students from all backgrounds succeed.<\/p>\n

He has led key areas such as Behaviour, Personal Development, and Raising Standards, and brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing underprivileged young people.<\/p>\n
