This bespoke early intervention initiative offers\u00a0personalised, trauma-based support<\/b>\u00a0to Key Stage 2 pupils, laying a strong foundation for academic and personal success. The programme is designed to\u00a0ensure a successful transition from primary to secondary school<\/b>, with materials and delivery tailored for age-appropriate relevance and impact.<\/p>\n

Delivered over 6\u201312 weeks by specialist practitioners, the programme provides holistic support for pupils with diverse needs, including those with\u00a0SEND and\/or SEMH needs<\/b>. It addresses key challenges that primary schools may face,\u00a0surrounding attendance, engagement, fostering positive learning behaviours, online safety, harmful gender attitudes, and readiness to learn<\/b>, through modules including:<\/p>\n
